Financing

The acquisition of a property requires a minimum of
33 % (50% over 60 years old) of down payment for a secondary
residence and 20% of down payment for a main residence.
It is possible to take out a loan of 66% to 80 % on
your new property. To cover the loan, the guarantee
could be a mortgage on 1st rank on the vacation house
in Valais.
The fees of the mortgage contract are usually around
